Shipping:
All United State orders have a rate of $7.99 shipping. Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days and can take between 1-10 business days to arrive to the destination address. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed as some delays are inevitable.
Orders will only be shipped when the appropriate payments have been received by us and cleared by the customer's bank.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and Hello Bella Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs. The costs are to be paid by the customer.
Hello Bella Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our facility. Keep in mind that, if an incorrect address is provided to us, we are also not responsible if the item doesn't arrive. Please contact your local post office for claims regarding lost items. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all items back and forth to our location. Any and all shipping charges are not eligible for store credit.
