All sales are final on the Jewelry and Accessories. Bodysuits are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
Any item purchased with a promotion or discount code is a Final Sale.
We Do Not Cancel Orders ( Please check to make sure that your order is correct before submitting payment).
For clothing returns, please use the CONTACT tab at the bottom of our website, enter your order number and describe the items you are requesting to receive store credit for. Complete the contact process on our website and then you will be prompted on how to proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Hello Bella Boutique within 7 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit.
Exchanges:
At Hello Bella Boutique, we’re constantly bringing in new and trendy merchandise, but in limited quantities as we are a small business. We cannot perform exchanges on any items. In addition, we cannot place any items on hold for our customers. If you would like to return an item, please follow our return procedures to send item(s) back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. Customers may use the credit towards the correct item and size or for another item. Store credit does not expire.
In order for your item to qualify for a return/store credit it must meet these requirements:
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed; meaning free of any stains from makeup, perfume/deodorant, or wear. Items must be free of dog hair, cigarette smoke, and stains of any kind.
Be mindful and ensure the highest level of care when handling your items while trying on your order.
Defective/Damaged Items:
We make every effort to inspect our items before shipping. If you receive a defective item, it must be reported immediately. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If item(s) is not reported within that time frame, we will not issue any credit.
Incorrect Items:
Mistakes may happen, so if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Items can be mailed back to us.
